About us
A family kitchen that grew a line.
We started with one recipe for banana ketchup, cooked in a rented kitchen in Marikina. Today two licensed plants make five products, still in small batches, and every one is traced from the raw lot to the store.
01Who we are
Small batches, written down.
A small food maker lives or dies on two things: whether the batch tastes the same as last month’s, and whether it can prove where every jar went. We cook to approved recipes, issue the oldest ingredients first, count what each batch yields, and test every lot before it leaves.
Our ketchup and chili garlic oil are cooked in Marikina; our banana and cassava chips are fried in Sta. Rosa, close to the farms that grow the saba and the cassava. We sell to supermarkets, pasalubong centers, restaurants and resellers across Luzon, and make private-label jars for brands that want our recipe under their name.

02Licences
On record with the FDA and the BIR.
Each plant holds its own License to Operate as a food manufacturer. Each product carries its own FDA registration number, listed on the products page.
