What we collect, and what we do with it.
This site collects only what you type into its two forms. This notice says what that is, why, who reads it, how long we keep it, and how to ask about it.
Yield Food Products, Inc. (“the company”) is the personal information controller for this website, at Bldg. 3, Riverbend Food Park, Barangay Malanday, Marikina City 1805. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), its implementing rules and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission.
What each form collects
Trade inquiry
- What: Your business name, your name, e-mail and phone, what you are looking for, your city and your message.
- Why: For our trade desk to reply with prices, samples and terms, and, if you buy, to open your customer account.
- How long: If you become a customer, for the life of the account and ten years after (tax law). If not, two years from our last reply.
Lot check
- What: Only the lot code you type. It is not linked to you.
- Why: To show you the batch the code belongs to.
- How long: Not kept. Our server logs, which hold your connection's address for rate limits, are deleted after 30 days.
Who reads it
Our sales desk reads trade inquiries; accounting reads them once you buy. Government agencies (BIR, FDA) receive what the law requires. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
What this website keeps in your browser
yield-theme(local storage): whether you chose the light or dark look.yield-opened(session storage): that the opening animation has played this visit, so it plays only once.
No analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies. The spam check on our forms is Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser to tell a person from a bot; Cloudflare’s own privacy policy covers it.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, object to its use, have it erased or blocked where the law allows, take a copy of it, and complain to the National Privacy Commission.
